Who are we?
After a few visits to Romania as short term volunteers in a hospital for abandoned babies, Maggy Stewart and Lesley Cameron returned to Scotland with a great desire to do more than just visit once a year. They set up Heart to Heart Scotland in December 2004 – a registered Scottish Charitable Trust – with the intention of helping upgrade the conditions that the children live in.
The Trust seeks to do this by raising the awareness of the many needs that still exist there by visiting organisations and speaking of the times and experiences Lesley and Maggy had in Bucharest.
